Yes! All of our plans come with 30 day trials after that If you like it, you keep it. Else you will call us a week before your 30th day trial and notify us, so we can come and collect it on the 30th day as long the goods are intact and not damaged in any way.

In order to reduce huge set up cost we have 12 month instalment plan option on our brand new tablets. Or reduce you’re contract to just subscription fees only by outright buying a tablet device from us or using your own Android tablet.

Yes! If you are keen to avoid paying monthly bills, you can set up a 12 month one off payment and after that continue paying on a yearly basis.

Yes! Our MidPay POS is fully integrated with leading mobile payment systems, but it also accepts US dollar and local currencies thus allowing greater manoeuvre in serving different types of customers and their chosen payment method.

Depending on your billing set up, you can make monthly payment via bank account or mobile payment along with your MidPay ID, other methods of payment can also be arranged with your local MidPay team

Our sales team are highly trained and provide on site training once your have subscribed to a plan, but we also offer online tutorials for you to watch at your own comfort and pace.
